2007—2011年韶关市疑似麻疹风疹病例血清学检测结果分析

目的对2007-2011年韶关市疑似麻疹风疹病例进行IgM抗体检测,分析麻疹、风疹流行特征,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法采用IgM抗体捕获ELISA法对韶关市2007-2011年疑似麻疹风疹病例血清（n=345）进行IgM抗体检测。结果 5年来韶关市麻疹IgM抗体总阳性率29.56%（102/345）,风疹总阳性率17.39%（60/345）。2007-2011年度麻疹阳性率分别为39.81%、52.44%、27.45%、6.25%、3.23%,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=61.06,P〈0.01）;风疹阳性率分别为0.97%、9.76%、29.41%、0.25%、34.41%,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=47.18,P〈0.05）。麻疹、风疹阳性病例年龄主要分布在8月龄到30岁,麻疹发病时间主要集中在3-9月,风疹发病时间主要集中在3-6月。结论 2007-2011年麻疹阳性率逐年降低,说明防控措施有力,而风疹阳性率有升高趋势应该引起足够的重视。

Serological analysis of the suspected measles and rubella infection in Shaoguan 2007 to 2011

Objective To analyze the serological features of serum IgM for measles and rubella, and to design strategies for its prevention and control. Methods Measles and rubella specific IgM antibodies were measured by IgM-capture ELISA in all suspected measles and rubella cases during 2007-2011. The results were analyzed using SPSS18.0. Results 29.56% of the samples were found positive for the measles specific IgM in the past 5 years. The overall positive rate of rubella specific IgM was 17.39%. The positive rate of the annual measles during 2007-2011 was 39.81%, 52.44%, 27.45 %, 6.25 %, 3.23 %, the difference was statistically significant （~5=61.06, P〈0.01 ） ; the positive rate of rubella is respectively 0.97%, 9.76%, 29.41%, 0.25%, 34.41%, the difference was statistically significant （χ^2=47.18 IP〈0.05）. Most of the patients were aged 0.8 to 30 years old.Most of the cases of measles were distributed between March and September. For rubella, most of the cases were distributed in between March and June. Conclusions The occurrence of measles was significantly reduced in 2011. However, there was a tendency in the increase of rubella in 2009 and 2011, and we should pay more attention in the control of rubella.
