原发性高血压病人血管内皮功能障碍与颈动脉内-中膜厚度的关系

目的:探讨原发性高血压患者血管内皮功能障碍与颈动脉内-中膜厚度的关系。方法:采用高分辨率血管超声法检测21例高血压患者与20例正常对照组肱动脉血流介导的内皮依赖性血管舒张功能及颈动脉内-中膜厚度等检测;结果:高血压组血流介导的肱动脉舒张反应明显低于对照组(5.1±6.1)%与(12.3±3.8)%,P<0.01,颈动脉内-中膜厚度高血压组高于对照组但无统计学意义P>0.05,结论:原发性高血压患者肱动脉内皮依赖血管舒张功能早期受损,比颈动脉粥样硬化改变早。

Impaired Endothelium-dependent Vascular Relaxing Function and Carotid Arterial IMT in The Patients with Hypertension

Objective To impaired endothelium-dependent vasodilatation and arotid arterial IMT in the patients with hypertension. Methods The endothelial dependent vasodilation was measured by high resolution ultrasonograhy, 21 patiens with hypertensions and 20 normal controls were studied.Brachial endothelial dependent vasodilation and carotid arterial internal-medial trium （IMT） .Results The Endothelium-dependent vasodilatation was much reduced in patients with essential hypertension compared with that of the control （5.1 ±6. 1）%and （12.3 ±3.8 ）%, P〈0.01）, carotid arterial IMT in patients with essential hypertension was higher than those of the control, but no significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05） was found. Conclusion Findings support that endothelium-dependent vasodilatation is impaired early in patients with essential hypertension and reflects the atherosclerosis earier than carotid arterial IMT.
