氟化物对小鼠脂质过氧化和抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:按三组不同剂量氟(F~-)摄入在小鼠中进行实验。结果,两低剂量组小鼠血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化酶活性显著升高,肝组织中此酶的活性亦呈升高趋势,肝组织丙二醛和巯基含量变化不明显,提示为期1mo短期摄入低剂量F~-可增强抗脂质过氧化作用。

Abstract:In accordance with the threedivided groups of taking in different doses of fluorine (F~-), mice experiments were Carried out daily for One mo duration, 10 mice in each group. Results showed that, in the two lower intakeg'roups, the glutathione peroxidase activity increased significantly in blood plasma, and there was also a tendency of its rise in liver tissue, while the malondialdehyde and Sulfhydryl (-SH) compounds levels did not change obviously, Suggesting that the Short-term lower doses of F-in take can enhance the ability of lipid antioxidatin.
