TCD对贫血诊断的临床价值

目的:探讨经颅多普勒超声(TCD)在贫血患者中的临床应用价值.方法:利用TCD技术对主诉头晕乏力的患者进行颅底动脉环各大动脉的检测,观察脑血液动力学的变化;结果:对检测出颅内动脉广泛性高流速伴有杂音的患者中在排除其它疾病的同时建议血常规检查,发现有79.8%的患者有不同程度的血红蛋白、红细胞计数的降低.结论:TCD对贫血患者脑血液动力学的改变灵敏度高,在诊断和预测贫血等方面有一定的临床指导意义,且其易行无创伤.

THE CLINICAL VALUE OF TCD IN DIAGNOSIS OF ANEMIA

Objective： To explore clinical value of TCD in diagnosis of patients with anemia Method： The cerebral hemodynamics was examined by TCD in basioranial arterial ring of patients with chief complaint of dizziness and weakness.Results： In patients with diffusive intracranial high-flow noise, there is reduction of hemoglobin and red blood cell count in 79.8% of patients .Conclusion： The examinations of TCD on cerebral hemodynamics have some clinical significance in diagnosis and prediction of patients with anemia and it is sensitive ,easy and non-invasive.
