血浆同型半胱氨酸及叶酸、维生素B12水平与脑梗死发病的关系

目的：探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）及其代谢相关因子叶酸、维生素B12的水平与脑梗死发病的关系。方法 病例组为56例脑梗死患者，对照组为72例健康体检者。两组均采用高效液相色谱仪（HPLC）分析测定血浆Hcy浓度，同时测定血浆叶酸、维生素B12的浓度以及血糖、血脂水平。结果1） 病例组血浆Hcy浓度明显高于对照组。2）病例组血浆叶酸水平明显低于对照组，但维生素B12水平与对照组比较差异无显著性。3）在病例组，患者血糖、血脂水平与血浆Hcy水平无明显相关。结论高Hcy血症是脑梗死发病的独立的危险因素。

Relationship between cerebral infarction and serum levels of homocysteine,folate and vitamin B12

Objective To explore the relationship between cerebral infarction and the serum levels of homocysteine （Hey）, folate and vitamin B12. Methods The serum levels of Hey,folate and vitamin, B12 in 56 patients of cerebral infarction were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） and compared with those of 72 cases in healthy eontrols. Results The serum Hey levels in patients of cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in healthy controls, whereas the relate levels were significantly lower than those in healthy controls. There was no significant difference in levels of vitamin Bl2 between two groups. The levels of blood glucose and lipids were not correlated with the level of Hcy in the patients group. Conclusions The high serum level of homocysteine is an independent risk factor for cerebral infarction.
