| 摘 要： | 血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂可阻断纤维蛋白原与血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa受体的结合,有效地抑制血小板的聚集,在急性冠脉综合征治疗中有重要作用。现就国内外有关研究报道作一综述。

| Abstract: | Platelet glycoprotein(GP) Ⅱb/Ⅲa receptor antagonists can effectively block the binding of fibrinogen with glycoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa receptor and inhibit platelet aggregation.It plays an important role in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome.The domestic and abroad related studies are reviewed. |
