| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨卵巢未成熟畸胎瘤伴成熟神经胶质种植转移的临床病理特点。方法 对3例卵巢未成熟畸胎瘤伴成熟神经胶质种植转移患者的标本进行组织形态观察，对其临床经过及随访情况进行分析。结果 2例卵巢未成熟畸胎瘤伴成熟神经胶质种植转移患者分别于术后4个月和8．5个月复发，1年和1年半死亡，1例1年后失访。结论 卵巢未成熟畸胎瘤伴分化性神经胶质种植转移者，无论原发瘤类型如何，级别高低，其预后均不良。

Ovarian immature teratoma complicated with neuroglia transplantation:a clinicopathologic study of 3 cases |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic features of ovarian immature teratoma complicated with neuroglia transplantation Methods Histological appearances were observed in 3 cases of ovarian immatrual teratoma complicated with neuroglia transplantation. The clini cal course and follow-up data were analyzed as well Results Two patients recured 4 monthes and 8 5 monthes after operation, and died 1 year and 1 5 year later respectively. The another patien t was lost contact after 1 year' follow-up Conclusions The prognosis of ovarian immature teratoma compli cated with neuroglia transplantation is worse, no matter what the types and diff erntiation of the primary tumor are |
