| 摘 要： | 目的观察经皮低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法选择60例腰椎间盘突出症患者，采用经皮低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术治疗，观察近期疗效。结果临床近期疗效有效率为95％（57／60），术后近期无明显并发症。结论经皮低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症，具有操作简便、安全，疗效好的优点。
