摘    要:目的根据我国辐射防护的相关标准,加强对某开放型同位素实验室的辐射监测,并进行评价与分析,确保同位素实验室的安全运行,避免放射性污染环境和影响人的身体健康。方法每月定期对开放性同位素实验室、周边环境进行监测,主要采用美国生产的Inovision451P加压电离室辐射巡测仪和中国生产的便携式X-γ1剂量率仪,连续6a。将监测范围划分放射源区、操作区和清洁区共3个区,监测结果记录存档。结果放射源区监测值在1.39—5.25μSv/h之间,高于本底1.13μSv/h,并有逐年升高的趋势,但不明显;污水池的监测值在1.16~1.84μSv/h,稍高于本底水平;操作区的监测值稍高于本底水平,清洁区为本底水平。结论某开放型同位素实验室的放射性废物、废气、废水经过适当的处理,实验场所和周围环境的辐射水平均符合《电离辐射防护与辐射源安全基本标准》的要求,不会影响实验操作人员和公众的健康,也不会污染环境。

Abstract:[ Objective] According to the relevant criterions of radioprotection in China, to enhance radiation monitoring in an open isotopic laboratory, and to ensure that the operation is secure and not affecting the environment and human health by evaluation and analysis. [ Methods] Inovision Model 451P Pressurized μR Ion Chamber Survey Meter made in America and portable type X γ dose rate meters made in China were mainly adopted to monitor the laboratory and surroundings per month for 6 years regularly. Monitoring scope was divided to 3 zones including radioactive source, operating and denuded, all monitoring results were recorded and arehived. [Results]Monitoring value in radioactive source zone (1.39 ~5.25 μSv/h} exceeded the background level of 1.13 μSv/h, was tending upwards year by year but not obvious. Monitoring value in cesspool was 1.16 ~ 1.84 μSv/h. The value was slightly higher than the background level as well as in operating zone. and the value was equal to the background level in denuded zone. [ Conclusion] Radioactive waste, exhaust and effluent produced by that open isotopic laboratory are appropriately treated. Radiation levels of experiment place and surroundings meet the requirements of " Basic Standards for Protection Against Ionizing Radiation and for the Safety of Radiation Sourees", and there is no harm to the operators, environment and human health.
