株洲市二级以上医院外科手术抗菌药物预防性应用分析

目的:了解外科手术预防性应用抗菌药物现状,评估其合理性。方法:随机抽取株洲市二级以上医院2005年4月~2006年4月择期手术患者病历1 276份,对其预防性应用抗菌药物情况进行分析。结果:1 276例患者使用抗菌药物涉及9类,共41种。存在无指征或指征不强应用抗菌药物,预防性应用比例达91.5%,联合应用达85.6%,且多为广谱抗菌药物;给药时机不当、持续时间长。结论:外科手术预防性应用抗菌药物不合理现象广泛存在,必须引起重视。

Prophylactic Use of Antimicrobials in Surgical Patients in Second Class or Above Hospitals in Zhuzhou City of Hunan Province

OBJECTIVE: To study the status quo and the rationality of the prophylactic use of antimicrobials.METHODS: A total of 1 276 case histories of patients undergoing a selective operation in second class or above hospitals of Zhuzhou from April,2005 to April,2006 were randomly selected for the analysis of the prophylactic use of antimicrobials.RESULTS: 41 kinds in 9 categories of antimicrobial agents were prophylactically used in the 1 276 cases.Administration of antimicrobial agents with no or poor indications was existed.Prophylactic use of antimicrobials accounted for 91.5%,and concomitantly use of antimicrobial drugs accounted for 85.6%,with broad-spectrum agents showing the highest proportion.Besides,the antimicrobial agents administered at the improper time and the prolonged antibiotic prophylaxis were also existed.CONCLUSIONS: Great importance should be attached to the widespread irrationality in the use of antimicrobial agents.
