| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性腹泻患儿血锌变化情况，为临床使用锌剂治疗急性腹泻提供依据。方法：对200例急性腹泻伴中、重度脱水患儿使用LK98B微量元素仪进行血中微量元素锌检测，并用正常儿童进行对照。结果：急性腹泻患儿血锌值为82．46±17．39μmol／L，正常儿童血锌值为126±11．27μmol／L。两组比较P〈0．01，有显著差异。结论：急性腹泻患儿存在锌元素缺乏，治疗时应补充锌元素。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the changing of blood zinc of children with acute diarrhea and offer foundation to the treatment of this disease. Methods： Using LK98B minim element instrument to test Zn in blood of 200 children with acute diarrhea, then comparing them with healthy children. Results： The content of Zn in blood in children with acute diarrhea and healthy children is 82. 46±17.39 μ mol/L and 126±11.27μmol / L respectively. There is significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Children with acute diarrhea lack zinc, and it is helpful to supplement Zn to cure them. |
