| 摘 要： | 许多医家在遇到“脉症不应”的情况时多沿袭明代张景岳的理论，对脉或症进行“从舍”，然而反观大医家张仲景的著作，却以“脉症不应”之处为辨证之关键，强调“脉症合参”，认真分析脉症不应之理。通过研究张仲景脉症并重的思想，对“脉症不应”有新的认识。

| Abstract: | Many Doctors followed the theory of ZHANG Jing-yue in Qing dynasty when facing ＂pulse failing to correspond＂ making a diagnosis on the pulse or the symptoms. But when repeated viewing on the works of respected doctor ZHANG Zhong-jing was carried out it was found that Zhong-jing believed that ＂pulse falling to correspond was the key in differential treatment, and emphasized on considering pulse condition and symptoms in diagnosis of a disease. Through researching ZHANG Zhong-jing＇s idea of that both pulse and symptoms was important, we hoped to get a new understanding on pulse falling to correspond. |
