对精神分裂症患者作多导睡眠图分析

目的 为了解精神分裂症患者的睡眠生理变化。方法对28例精神分裂症患者及19例正常对照者进行全依多层睡眠图(PSG)检测。结果①与对照组比较,病例组醒觉时间、Ⅰ期睡眠(S_1)、觉睡比及醒觉次数增多(P<0.05～0.01);睡眠效率、睡眠维持率、Ⅲ Ⅳ期深睡眠(S_3S_4),快速眼动期(REM)周期数减少(P<0.05～0.01);REM睡眠缩短(P<0.05),REM潜伏期延长(P<0.05)。与对照组同性别间比较发现,病例组男性睡眠参数改变较女性尤为明显。②从28例精神分裂患者中检出2例阻塞性呼吸睡眠暂停综合征患者(占7.1％)。③病例组年龄与S_(34)期睡眠呈负相关(γ=-0.39,P>0.05);BPRS与REM睡眠呈负相关(γ=0.37,P<0.05)。结论 精神分裂症患存在着睡眠学的异常变化,且男性较女性更易受到影响。

Analspis of all inghf polysomnographis recordings in schigophreuie puthients

To explore the physiologic changes of sleep in the schizophrenic patients. Methods All night polysomno-graphic recordings were performed in 28 schizophrenic patients and 19 normal controls. Results (1)Compared with control group, awake time, number of arousals, stage I sleep and awake time/time spent in asleep in the patient group increased highly (P<0. 05 ~0. 01);sleep efficiency,sleep maintenance, and slow wave sleep in the patient group deareaeed apparently;REM sleep was lower in the patient group than that in the contro group (P<0. 05); REM latency was longer in patient group than that in control group (P<0. 05). The mals and females of the 2 groups were compared respectively, there were siginificant differences in the parameters of sleep,heing much more evident in the males than the females. (2)We had found two patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome from 28 schizophrenic patients (7. 1%). (3)There was definite correlation between age and slow wave sleep (r=-0.39, P<0. 05) ,and between BPRS and REM sleep (r= -0. 37,P<0. 05) in the patient group. Conclusion There are disorders in the physiology of sleep of the schizophrenic patients, and more influentical in males than that in females.
