60例多发性骨髓瘤肾病的临床诊治分析

目的 分析多发性骨髓瘤肾病的临床诊治方法和效果.方法 对我院60例多发性骨髓瘤肾病患者的临床诊治方法和治疗效果进行分析.结果 本组完全缓解3例,部分缓解45例,3例放弃治疗,自动出院,9例经冶疗后无效死亡,主要原因是肺部感染4例,尿毒症4例,心表1例.结论 为防止MMN的误诊及漏诊,除需提高对MM的警惕性外,在肾脏病的诊断方面,需强调原发性疾病的追述及免疫相关性检查,MMN一旦确诊,应及时治疗,这对肾功能,提高其生存率,具有非常重要意义.

Clinical Analysis of 60 Cases of Multiple Myeloma Nephropathy

Objective Analysis multiple myeloma nephropathy clinical diagnosis and treatment methods and results.Methods analysis 60 cases of multiple myeloma patients with nephropathy diagnosis and treatment methods and treatment in our hospital.Results In this group 3 cases were complete remission,45 cases were partial remission,3 cases give up treatment,discharged,9 cases died by medical treatments,mainly due to pulmonary infection 4 cases,4 cases of uremia,1 cases of heart failure.Conclusion In order to prevent misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of MMN,in addition to the need to increase the vigilance of MM.In the diagnosis of kidney disease,emphasized the recount of the primary disease and immune-related checks,MMN once diagnosed,should be treated,on renal function,improve the survival rate of very important significance.
