胸水腺苷脱氨酶检测对结核性胸腺炎的诊断价值

目的研究胸水腺苷脱氨酶检测对结核性胸腺炎的诊断价值。方法以本院收治的胸腺癌患者作为对照组,以本院收治的结核性胸腺炎患者作为观察组,分别对两组患者的血清与胸腔积液进行腺苷脱氨酶检测对比。结果观察组胸水ADA检测结果及胸水/血清ADA检测结果与对照组有显著差异,P<0.01;而两组血清ADA检测无明显差异,P>0.05。结论胸水腺苷脱氨酶检测可为结核性胸腺炎的诊断提供科学依据。

The Diagnostic Value of Pleural Fluid Adenosine Deaminase Detection for Tuberculous Thymus Inflammation

Objective To study the diagnostic value of pleural fluid adenosine deaminase detection for tuberculous thymus inflammation. Methods Set breast cancer patients in our hospital as the control group, set patients with tuberculous thymic inflammation in our hospital as the observation group, did adenosine deaminase detection contrast for serum and pleural effusion of two group patients. Results Compared with the control group, pleural fluid ADA test results, and pleural fluid / serum ADA test results of the observation group were with significant differences,P〈0.01; While serum ADA detection was not significant difference between two groups,P〉0.05. Conclusion Pleural fluid adenosine deaminase detection can provide a scientific basis for the diagnosis of tuberculous thymus inflammation.
