2755例涂阳肺结核病患者情况分析

目的 分析2755例涂阳结核病患者基本资料,进一步提高涂阳结核病患者的发现率.方法 对2008-2011年涂阳结核病病例构成及相关因素统计分析.结果 2755例涂阳结核患者男女比例1.88∶1.年龄在15～24岁为高峰,平均年龄(38.26±18.13)岁；涂阳患者职业,农民占47.7％;结核患者就诊不及时现象较为明显.结论 涂阳患者分布为男性青壮年农民多见,这部分人群是肺结核病防控和治疗的重点.

Analysis of Smear-positive TB in 2755 patients

Objective Analysis the general rule of basic information in smear-positive TB patients in Xi’an tuberculosis hospital,to improve the detection rate of Smear-positive TB patients further.Methods Take a statistical analysis on the factors of smear positive tuberculosis in year of 2008 to 2011.Results Male to female ratio of 2755 cases smear positive tuberculosis is 1.88:1.Aged 15 to 24 years as the peak,the average age was(38.26±18.13) years;farmers accounted for 47.7%;Suspected TB patients see Doctor not timely is more obvious.Conclusions The population of male,young adults and farmers are larger in Smear-positive patients,and it is the focus of TB control and treatment.
