摘    要:目的探讨重度子痫前期终止妊娠的时间,方式及围生儿结局。方法回顾性分析我院分娩的335例重度子痫前期患者的临床资料,探讨终止妊娠时间方式对母儿预后的影响。结果本资料中的335例产妇均痊愈出院,两例发生子痫,经解痉降压扩容及对症处理后痊愈出院,围生儿情况,新生儿窒息39例,新生儿死亡5例。无1例产妇死亡。结论重度子痫前期患者应根据发病孕周,病情的轻重程度,合并症的有无,胎儿的孕龄,生长发育成熟度等,采取个性化的治疗方案。在病情允许的情况下,患者终止妊娠的时间最好延迟至34孕周以后,终止妊娠方式首选剖宫产,但对妊娠达到或接近32孕周的患者,期待治疗可引起严重的并发症。选择最佳时机终止妊娠对降低围生病率及母婴病死率至关重要,

Abstract:Objective To explore the termination time and childbirth way for perinatal influence of severe preeclampsia. Methods The meta-analysis of 335 clinical data in severe preeclampsia, to analyze the relationship ofperinatal fetus outcome and delivery opporunity. Results The data showed 335 cases were cured. 2 cases of eclampsia, after spasmolytic buck expansion and symptomatic treatment were cured. In the perinatal, neonatal asphyxia in 39 cases, 5 cases of death.No one cases of maternal deaths. Conclusions Patients with severe preeclampsia should be based on the incidence of gestational age, severity degree, complication, fetal gestational age, and growth maturity, take a individualized treatment plan. In the condition permission, the termination time of severe preeclampsia patients should be prolonged to after 34-weeks. The pattern of terminating pregnancy preferred cesarean section, but reach or approach 32-weeks of gestation with expectant treatment can cause severe complications. Choose the best time to termination of pregnancy is important to reduce perinatal cases and maternal and infant mortality.
