川黄口服液联合西比灵治疗偏头痛及脑电地形图的分析

目的观察川黄口服液联合西比灵治疗偏头痛的疗效及脑电地形图变化。方法将偏头痛患者60例随机分为研究组30例,对照组30例,对照组给予西比灵胶囊口服,研究组在对照组的基础上加服川黄口服液,8周后观察临床疗效及脑电地形图变化。结果研究组总有效率达86.67%,对照组总有效率达66.67%,两组比较有显著差异;脑电地形图在治疗前后有明显改变,治疗组脑电地形图的改善明显优于对照组。结论川黄口服液与西比灵合用可明显提高偏头痛临床疗效。

Chuanhuang Oral Liquid combined with Sibelium in Treatment of Migraine and the Analysis of Brain Atlas

Objective To explore clinical curative effect of the combination of Chuanhuang oral liquid and sibelium and change of brain atlas. Methods Divided the migraine patients into the study group 30, control group 30 cases, control group with Sibelium treatment, research group in the control group on the basis of Chuanhuang oral liquid treatment, give change, in two groups of patients after 8 weeks of treatment, observe clinical curative effect and change of brain atlas. Results The total effective rate of the study group in treatment of migraine was 86.67%. The total effective rate of the control group in treatment of migraine was 66.67%, The two groups had significant difference. The change of brain atlas was obvious before and after treatment. The improvement of brain atlas of the study group is significantly better than the control group. Conclusion The combination of Chuanhuang oral liquid and sibelium can improve significantly clinical curative effect of migraine.
