住院军事飞行人员焦虑状况调查分析

目的了解住院飞行人员焦虑状况，为进一步制订有效的心理护理干预措施提供依据。方法采用一般资料调查表和焦虑自评量表对100例住院飞行员的焦虑状况进行调查，分别统计不同机种、年龄、飞行时数飞行人员的焦虑状况。结果100例住院飞行员的焦虑总分均分高于中国常模，轻度焦虑15例，中度焦虑9例，重度焦虑11例；30～39岁年龄段及飞行时数1000-1999h组焦虑阳性率较高。结论必须重视军事飞行人员的焦虑状况，做好飞行人员的心理护理，确保飞行安全。

Investigation on the anxiety in the hospitalized military pilots

Objective To investigate the anxiety in hospitalized military pilots, so as to provide reference for the design of effective psychological intervention. Method One hundred hospitalized pilots were investigated with the Self - Rating Anxiety Scale （ SAS）. The rate of anxiety was compared between pilots in different types of planes,different ages,and experience of flying hours. Results The average score of SAS in the hospitalized pilots was significantly higher than the norm. Fifteen,nine and eleven pilots showed mild, moderate and severe anxiety respectively. The pilots aged between 30 to 39 and pilots with experience of 1000 - 1999 flying hours showed relatively higher rate of anxiety. Conclusion It is suggested to pay close attention to the anxiety in the pilots and provide psychological nursing for them in order to ensure the safety of aviation.
