丹皮酚脂质体的制备

摘    要:目的:制备丹皮酚脂质体,并进行质量评价。方法:采用薄膜-超声法制备脂质体;以包封率为考察指标,通过单因素考察和正交设计优选最佳处方和工艺;用鱼精蛋白沉淀法结合高效液相色谱法测定包封率;采用激光散射粒径分析仪测定其粒径大小、分布及Z-电位。结果:制得的丹皮酚脂质体主要为单室脂质体,平均包封率为72.8%,平均粒径为163.8 nm且分布均匀,电位为-38.27 mV。结论:丹皮酚脂质体制备工艺简单可行,所得脂质体包封率较高,粒径较均匀。

Abstract:Objective To prepare the paeonol liposomes and evaluate their quality.Methods The liposomes were prepared by a film-ultrasonic technique.Served as quota with the entrapment efficiency,the optimal formation and preparation were selected by means of single factor investigation and Orthogonal experiment.The entrapment efficiency was measured by protamine aggregation method and the HPLC.The particle size,particle distribution and Z-potential were obtained by laser scatterometer.Results The liposomes prepared were mono-layer vesicles.the average entrapment efficiency was 72.8%.The mean particle size was 163.8nm and Zpotential was 38.27mV.Conclusion The preparation method was simple and reasonable,the entrapment efficiency and particle size are satisfactory.
