吻合器技术在低位直肠癌手术中的应用

目的 分析吻合器技术在低位直肠癌直肠前切除应用以及对并发症的防治。方法 随机选取本院低位直肠癌患39例；应用美国CDH圆型吻合器行直肠前切除端端吻合(Dixon术)。结果 39例中无手术死亡，术后发生吻合口瘘2例(5．1％）；吻合口狭窄3例（7．7％)；术后局部复发3例，其中吻合口复发1例，2 例为盆腔复发，总的局部复发率为7．6％。结论 只要病例选择适当，吻合器技术可提高低位直肠癌肛手术成功率，其无论生存率或生活质量均优于腹会阴切除术。
