高压氧治疗一氧化碳中毒患者脑电图分析

目的:分析高压氧(HBO)治疗一氧化碳(CO)中毒患者的脑电图变化,探讨EEG对判断病情和预后的作用。方法:对85例一氧化碳中毒患者进行高压氧治疗前后脑电图进行对比分析。结果:高压氧治疗CO中毒患者脑电图改善明显,恢复正常占67.1%,总有效率95.3%,临床症状改善与EEG一致。结论:高压氧对一氧化碳中毒患者治疗有显著疗效;EEG对CO中毒患者临床诊断和预后的评估有指导意义。

THE ANALYSIS OF EEG ON PATIENT WITH CO POISONING TREATED BY HBO

Objective ：To analyse the changes of EEG in patients with carbon monoxide poisoning treated by HBO, so that explore actions of EEG in jadgement of Patient＇s condition and prognosis . Methods：The EEG was anlyzed and compared in 85 patients with carbon monoxide poisoning before and after treatment with HBO. Results： The EEG of patients with carbon monoxide poisoning treated by HBO was well improved . 67. 1% patients were normal in clinical recovery ,and the total effective rate was 95.3%. The improvement of clinical symptom was consistent with EEG. Conclusions：HBO has a significant effect in the treatment on patients with carbon monxide poisoning . EEG has important value for clinical diagnosis and assessment of prognosis.
