中青年原发性高血压患者68例体内代谢状况观察

目的　观察中青年以原发性高血压为主要表现的代谢状况。方法　对 6 8名门诊中青年高血压患者测定体重指数、腰围、口服葡萄糖耐量、空腹C肽、血脂、尿酸、B超检查是否存在脂肪肝 ,并进行统计。结果　本组患者中多数已存在超重或肥胖、糖耐量降低或 2型糖尿病、高胰岛素血症、血脂异常、脂肪肝、高尿酸血症。结论　在中青年高血压患者中普遍存在体内代谢紊乱

Investigation of metabolism status in young and middle aged patients with essential hypertension

Objective To investigate the metabolism status in young and middle aged patients with the chief manifestation of hypertention.Methods Sixth eight young and middle aged patiens with hypertention at out patient clinic were enrolled in this study.Body mass index,C peptide of empty stomach,uric acid,plasma lipide and OGTT were estimated.Livers were eximined by B ultrasoud to find if they were fatty livers.Results Most patients had over weight or obesity,IGT or type 2 diabetes mellitues,insnlinemia,abnormal plasma lipide,fatty liver,hyperuricemia.Conclusion Metabolism disorders are widespread present in young and middle aged patients with hypertension.
