| 摘 要： | 同型半胱氨酸是心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素。胰岛素抵抗或胰岛素缺乏可能是糖尿病患者同型半胱氨酸代谢紊乱的重要原因。研究显示同型半胱氨酸与糖尿病慢性并发症密切相关。高同型半胱氨酸血症可能参与了糖尿病大血管、微血管病变的发生、发展。

| Abstract: | Homocysteine is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease in humans.Insulin resis-tance and/or insulin deficiency may be the main reason for the disorders of homocysteine in patients with diabetes mellitus.It has been demonstrated that homocysteine correlates with diabetic vascular complications.Hyperhomo-cysteinemia may be involved in the pathogenesis and development of diabetic macro/micro vascularpathy. |
