中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎的疗效观察及护理

目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效及护理。方法选择住院患者168例，随机分成治疗组84例，在使用常规对症性治疗与支持性治疗的基础上，并予中医治疗；对照组84例独单使用对症性治疗与支持性治疗。于治疗后比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后总有效率治疗组为97．6％，对照组为81．0％，差异有统计学意义（x^2=12．20，P〈0．01）。结论中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎效果良好。

Clinical Observation of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine on Chronic Gastritis and Nursing

Objective]To observe the combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine on chronic gastritis and nursing. Methods]Totally 168 inpatients were selected and divided into treatment group (84 cases) which received routine heteropathy, supportive treatment and Chinese traditional treatment, control group which only treated with routine heteropathy and supportive treatment. After the treatments, the effects on 2 groups were compared.Results]The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.6%, that of control group was 81.0%, the difference was significant (x2=12.20,P＜0.01).Conclusion]Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine has good effect on chronic gastritis.
