| 摘 要： | 本文研究低能量He－Ne激光血管内照射血液（ILIB）治疗58例脑梗塞，观察治疗前后红细胞免疫功能的变化及其与临床疗效之关系。结果显示ILIB治疗后RBC－C3bRR显著上升，RBC－ICR虽有下降趋势但无意义。随RBC－C3bRR增高临床症状好转明显。作者讨论了ILIB对脑梗塞患者红细胞免疫功能影响的机制。

| Abstract: | The authors studied intravascular low energy He-Ne laser irradiation on blood (ILIB) in treating 58 cases of cerebral infarction. They observed the change of irnmune function of RBC. and the relationship between RBC immune abnormality and clinical effects before and after treatment. The results showed that RBC-C3b receptor rosette (RBC-C3bRR)increased significantly and RBC-immune complex rosette (RBC-ICR) decreased(no statistical significance)after ILIB treatment. The clinical symptoms improved with RBC-C3bRR increasing. The authors discussed mechanism of effects of ILIB on RBC immune function in patients with cerebral infarction. |
