| 摘 要： | 对我国北方慢性阻塞性肺病及肺心病患者１２３例进行了膳食营养调查，结果表明，热能和１６种营养素摄入量中，热能，蛋白质，脂肪，碳水化合物，钙，锌，硒，镁，铜，锰，ＶｉｔＢ１，ＶｉｔＢ２，ＶｉｔＰＰ，ＶｉｔＥ与每人每天营养标准供给量（ＲＤＡ）比较，均有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．００１），ＶｉｔＡ，ＶｉｔＣ与ＲＤＡ相比，差异不显著（Ｐ〉０．０５）。提示临床医师，营养师应重视这些患者的合理营养。

| Abstract: | Dietary survey was carried out on patients who were diagnosed as COPD and patients with cor pulmonale in the north of China. The results showed:there were significant difference in energy,protien,lipid,carbohydrate,calcium,iron,zinc, selenium,magnesium,copper,manganese,Vitamin B1,Vitamin B2 and Vitamin PP between DFI (daily food-intake)and RDA (P<0. 001),There were no deficiency on Vitamin A,Vitamin C.
