短期营养支持对缓解期COPD患者呼吸肌功能的影响

将５３例缓解期营养不良的住院ＣＯＰＤ患者分为营养治疗组２９例，对照组２４例。营养治疗组采用２周的短期营养支持治疗，应用２０％脂肪乳剂和７％复方氨基酸注射液隔日静脉滴注。结果表明，营养治疗组最大吸气压（ＭＩＰ）、最大呼气压（ＭＥＰ）和６ｍｉｎ行走距离明显增加，而体重和肺功能指标，如用力肺活量和第１秒用力呼气容积无明显改变。对照组上述指标均无明显变化。提示短期营养支持治疗可以明显改善缓解期ＣＯＰＤ患者的呼吸肌肌力，提高运动能力。

Effects of short-term nutritional support on respiratory muscle performance in stable patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Fifty three malnourished stable inpatients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) were distributed to nutritional support (NS) group(n=29) and control group(n=24).The patients in the NS group received short-term nutritional support of 20% Intralipid and 7% Vamin intravenous infusion every other day for two weeks, The NS group showed significant increases in maximal inspiratory pressure(MIP), maximal expiratory pressure (MEP),and 6-minute distance. There were no significant changes in body weight and pulmonary function such as FVC, FEV1.0.
