股骨颈骨折后股骨头局部VEGF的表达及意义

目的:研究股骨颈骨折后股骨头局部及关节囊VEGF的表达及意义方法:采用光镜观察(HE)和免疫组织化学(SP-9000法)对60例(分为早中晚期组)股骨颈骨折病人的股骨头及关节囊标本进行组织学观察及VEGF检测。结果:随着股骨颈骨折的时间延长,在股骨头及关节囊标本中VEGF表达呈增高趋势,在晚期组表达最高,所有差异均有统计学意义,股骨头VEGF阳性骨细胞计数各组差异有显著性(P<0.05),关节囊组织VEGF阳性血管计数各组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:股骨颈骨折病人股骨头及关节囊中VEGF的表达与骨折愈合及股骨头缺血坏死修复密切相关,增加股骨头局部VEGF的表达可能有助于股骨头缺血坏死的修复及骨折愈合。

Primitive study of the expression of VEGF in the femoral head after femoral neck fracture

Objective: To study the expression of VEGF in the femoral head after femoral neck fracture. Methods: The pathological and Immune-histochemical features of 60 cases were evaluated in the femoral head and joint capsule. Results: With the development of femoral neck fracture, the expression of VEGF increased in the femoral head and joint capsule. In later period group, VEGF was higher than that of earlier and medium period group. There was significant difference of the VEGF among three groups verified by statistical analysis (p<0.05). Conclusions: The expression of VEGF in the femoral head and joint capsule is connected with the healing of femoral neck fracture and the reparative process of necrosis of the femoral head. It may be of benefit to the healing of femoral neck fracture and the reparative process of the femoral head necrosis if the expression of VEGF will increase in the femoral head.
