| 摘 要： | 目的研究CD38及CD56在多发性骨髓瘤（Multiple myeloma，MM）细胞上的表达。方法采用三色免疫荧光直接标记法及多参数流式细胞术分析13例多发性骨髓瘤的免疫表型。结果13例MM标本的CD38均为强阳性；70％（9／13）骨髓瘤标本CD56和CD38双阳性。结论CD38及CD56有助于对MM的诊断，并且为MM亚型的分类提供重要的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of CD38 and CD56 on the cell of multiple myeloma(MM).Methods Three-colour direct immunofluorescence staining and multiparameter flow cytometry were used for analysis of 13 samples of immunophenotyping of multiple myeloma patients.Results Strong positive CD38 were expressed in all samples;CD56 and CD38 were both expressed in 70%(9/13)of the samples myeloma patients.Conclusion The expression of CD38 and CD56 are helpful for diagnosis of multiple myeloma and offer important basis for classification of subtype of MM. |
