羟基磷灰石眼座植入后钻孔的临床研究

目的评价羟基磷灰石眼座植入后钻孔手术的疗效。方法146例HA植入6个月后行钻孔手术。用弧形视野计测量术前、术后义眼的活动度。结果义眼的活动幅度从术前的18.7±3.8度提高到42.3±3.7度。随访1～40个月无继发感染等并发症。结论钻孔手术放置栓钉后不仅义眼的活动幅度增加，而且大大提高其活动灵敏度，改善患者外观。

Clinical study of secondary drilling orbital hydroxyapatite implant

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of drilling theorbital hydroxyapatite（HA） implant and inserting a motility peg at a seeondary stage operation．Methods：6 months after HA implantation，the implants in 146 consecutive patients were drilled and a motility peg inserted．Before and after drilling，the degrees of movements of the ocular prosthesis were measured with a Goldman visual field analyser．Results：There was no secondary infection occurring during the 1 to 40 month followup period．Motility of ocular prosthesis increased from 18．7±3．8 degree preoperatively to 42．3±3．7 degree postoperatively．Conclusion：Drilling and inserting a motility peg into the HA implant at a secondary operation improve the motility of the ocular prosthesis greatly with low rate of complication．
