摘    要:目的提高门诊护理工作质量。方法在门诊护士中开展人文关怀的理论学习,规范服务用语,进行礼仪和专业技能的培训,加强和完善门诊护理工作的管理。结果提高了门诊护理质量及患者的满意度。结论在门诊护理工作中实施人文关怀,可以提高门诊患者的满意度及护理质量。
