Fas FasL在卵巢浆液性肿瘤组织中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的 探讨Fas、FasL在正常卵巢和卵巢浆液性肿瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法  2 0 0 0年 3月至 2 0 0 1年 1月中国医科大学附属第二医院等应用免疫组化法检测Fas、FasL在 5 6例卵巢浆液性肿瘤及 8例正常卵巢组织新鲜标本中的表达。结果 Fas在卵巢浆液性癌 (OSC)中的阳性表达率为 39 5 % ,明显低于交界性肿瘤 (77 8% )、良性肿瘤组织 (77 8% )及正常卵巢组织 (75 0 % ) ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。FasL在OSC中的阳性表达率为 78 9% ,明显高于交界性肿瘤 (4 4 4 % )、良性肿瘤组织 (33 3% )及正常卵巢组织 (37 5 % ) ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。卵巢浆液性癌中 ,Fas、FasL表达与临床分期相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与其他生物学特征无关 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 Fas在卵巢浆液性癌中表达下调 ,FasL在卵巢浆液性癌中过表达。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of Fas and FasL in normal ovarian tissues,ovarian serous tumors and its clinical significance. Methods From Mar.2000 to Jan.2001,56 flesh samples and malignant (38 samples) ovarian s erous tumors and 8 samples of normal ovarian tissues in the S econd Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were detected for the expression of Fas and FasL by SP immunohistochemical technique. Results The positive expression rate of Fas in the ovarian serous carcinoma (OSC) was 3 9.5%,which was significantly lower than that in the borderline tumor(77.8%),be nign (77.8%) and normal ovarian tissues (75.0%),P<0.05.The positive expre ssi on rate of FasL in the ovarian serous carcinoma(OSC)was 78.9%,which was signif icantly higher than that in the borderline tumor(44.4%),benign (33.3%) and n ormal ovarian tissues (37.5%),P<0.05.The expression of Fas and FasL was as sociation with late stage,and not with poor differentiation,ascites a nd lymph nodes metastasis.Conclusion Fas is down-regulated,while FasL is up-regulated in the OSC.
