男性免疫性不育患者抗精子抗体、解脲脲原体感染的关系探讨

摘    要:目的 探讨男性免疫性不育症中活精子表面抗精子抗体 (antispermantibody ,AsAb)与精浆中解脲脲原体(ureaplasmaurealyticum ,UU)感染的关系。 方法 对 112例男性不育患者采用直接混合抗球蛋白反应试验 (mixedantiglobulinreaction ,MARtest)检测新鲜精液中活精子表面被覆的AsAb ,并采用培养法检测精浆中UU。 结果 112例男性不育症患者AsAb阳性 6 1例 ,UU阳性 5 2例 ;两者都为阳性 34例 ;两者都为阴性 33例 ;AsAb阳性、UU阴性 2 7例 ;AsAb阴性、UU阳性 18例。AsAb阳性组UU阳性检出率为 5 5 .74 % (34/ 6 1) ,明显高于AsAb阴性组中UU检出率为 35 .2 9% (18/ 5 1) ,二者差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 AsAb的产生与生殖道感染UU有密切关系。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between antisperm antibody (AsAb) and ureaplasma urealyticum (UU)infection in male immunity infertility. Methods MAR test was made to detect AsAb on motile sperm surface, and the way of culture was used to analyze UU in semen of 112 males with infertility. Results Of the 112 examined , AsAb on motile sperm surface was positive in 61 cases, with the positive rate of 54.46%(61/112);UU was positive in 52 cases ,with the positive rate of 46.43%(52/112).Of the 61 subjects with AsAb positive,34 were found having UU infection, accounting for 55.74%(34/61); while the other 51 with AsAb negative ,only 18 were found having UU infection, with the infections rate of 35.29% (18/51). Conclution In male immunity infertility, genital tract UU infection is closely associated with the production of AsAb .
