| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨八味沉香散对失血性休克大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:建立失血性休克大鼠肾损伤模型,分为对照组、休克组及八味沉香散治疗组3组,进行组织学观察,并检测血丙二醛(MDA)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)和肾组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果:八味沉香散治疗组血浆MDA、Cr、BUN水平较失血性休克组显著下降(P<0.05);肾组织匀浆SOD显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:八味沉香散对肾缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the protective effect of Baweichenxiangsan(Bwcxs) on renal ischemia-reperfusion(I/R) injury following hemorrhagic shock in rats.Methods:The rat model of renal I/R injury following hemorrhagic shock was established.Thirty-six SD rats were divided into three groups: control group(group 1,n=12),shock group(group 2,n=12),and Bwcxs treatment group(group 3,n=12).Plasma level of malondialdehyde(MDA),creatinine(Cr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and tissue SOD of rats in the three groups were observed.... |
