淮南地区仓储环境中粉螨群落的组成及多样性研究

摘    要:目的 目的调查仓储环境中粉螨群落的物种组成和多样性。方法 选取仓储环境中不同的样本进行粉螨的采集、分类鉴定、计数及数据分析。结果 共检获粉螨26种,隶属于7科19属。多样性分析结果表明,一年之中仓储环境粉螨的物种丰富度指数Rmargale在0.252~2.541之间,Shannon—Wiener指数(H’)为1.058~3.141,Pielou指数(J)为0.924-0.982。粉螨的孳生密度、物种数、丰富度指数及多样性指数在时序上的分布较为一致,而物种均匀度则较不规则。结论 季节因素对仓储环境中粉螨群落的组成和多样性起直接限制作用,而粉螨自身的食性和人类干扰也是较为重要的影响因素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the composition and diversity of acaroid mites community in the storage circumstance of Huainan Area. Methods The acaroid mites in the storage circumstance were collected,isolated,counted and identified from Apr.2003 to Mar.2004.And then the data was analyzed. Results There were 26 species of acaroid mites identified from the storage circumstance,which belongs to 19 genera,7 families.The results of diversity analysis showed that the values of the species richness index(R_(margalef)) for the storage circumstance raged from 0.252 to 2.541,while the species diversity index(Shannon-Wiener index) ranged from 1.058 to 3.141,and Pielou index ranged from(0.924) to 0.982 in a year.The distributions of breeding density,number of species,richness index and diversity index were coincident in time series.But the distribution of evenness index was irregular.Conclusion The season is the major restricted factor that directly influenced species composition and diversity for the acaroid mites community in these habitats.The food habit of acaroid mites and human disturbance also affect species composition of the acaroid mites community.
