液基薄层细胞检测系统联合阴道镜下活检在诊断子宫颈病变中的意义

摘    要:目的研究液基薄层细胞学(LCT)联合阴道镜对宫颈病变筛查的临床应用价值。方法选择妇科门诊临床可疑患者490例进行宫颈病变筛查并分组,试验组250例行LCT联合阴道镜检查并镜下指导活检,对照组240例行直接阴道镜检查并镜下指导活检,最终均以组织学诊断为金标准,比较2组组织学诊断阳性符合率。结果试验组组织学诊断阳性符合率为74.44%,对照组为52.08%,2组诊断符合率比较有显著性差异(P0.01)。结论采用LCT筛查可早期发现宫颈病变,细胞学阳性或临床可疑者应配合阴道镜检查及镜下活检,但如果同时进行液基薄层细胞检测可提高宫颈上皮内瘤变的检出率。
