| 摘 要： | 目的研究液基薄层细胞学(LCT)联合阴道镜对宫颈病变筛查的临床应用价值。方法选择妇科门诊临床可疑患者490例进行宫颈病变筛查并分组,试验组250例行LCT联合阴道镜检查并镜下指导活检,对照组240例行直接阴道镜检查并镜下指导活检,最终均以组织学诊断为金标准,比较2组组织学诊断阳性符合率。结果试验组组织学诊断阳性符合率为74.44%,对照组为52.08%,2组诊断符合率比较有显著性差异(P0.01)。结论采用LCT筛查可早期发现宫颈病变,细胞学阳性或临床可疑者应配合阴道镜检查及镜下活检,但如果同时进行液基薄层细胞检测可提高宫颈上皮内瘤变的检出率。
