穴位注射对痛风性关节炎大鼠的抗炎作用

目的 评估当归注射液穴位注射对痛风性关节炎大鼠抗炎作用。方法 30只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成3组：模型组、穴位注射组、西药组。3组均采用用尿酸钠所致痛风性关节炎方法造模，造模后，模型组不作处理，穴位注射组用复方当归注射液注射阴陵泉、中极，西药组用秋水仙碱溶液灌胃。以受试关节肿胀度、关节周围软组织光镜下观测为指标，观察当归注射液穴位注射对急性痛风性关节炎的抗炎作用。结果 当归穴位注射能明显抑制急性痛风性关节炎大鼠关节肿胀度，抑制受试关节周围软组织充血、水肿和炎性细胞的浸润程度。结论 当归穴位注射对急性痛风性关节炎有明显的抗炎作用。

Anti-inflammatory Effect of Angelica Point Injection on Rat Gouty Arthritis

Objective To evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect of Angelica point injection on rat gouty arthritis, Methods Thirty male Wistar rata were randomly allocated to three groups, model, point injection and Western drug, A model of gouty arthritis was made with sodium urate in the three groups. After model making, the model group was not treated, the point injection group received injection of compound Angelica injectio into points Yinlinquan and Zhongji and the Western drug group underwent gastric lavage with Colchicin, The anti-inflammatory effect of Angelica point injection on acute gouty arthritis was evaluated by the extent of swelling of the affected joint and optic microscopic observation of periarticular soft tissues, Results Angelica point injection could significantly reduce swelling of the affected joint and inhibit congestion,edema and inflammatory cell infiltration in the soft tissue surrounding the affected joint in rats with acute gouty arthritis. Conclusion Angelica point injection has a marked anti-inflammatory effect on acute gouty arthritis.
