| 摘 要： | 目的比较X线平片、CT、MRI对骶骨肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾分析了25例骶骨肿瘤的各种影像学表现。结果平片能显示较明显的病变,有良好的空间分辨率;CT能显示较早期的病变,并清楚显示病变的结构与邻近组织关系;MRI可以及时发现病变,并能反映病变的组织成分,以及骨质和软组织受累的范围。结论对骶骨肿瘤的诊断,X线平片、CT和MRI各有特点。三者应互相结合,取长补短。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of plain film,CT and MRI in diagnosis of sacral tumors.Methods Imaging findings of sacral tumors in 25 cases were analysed retrospectively.Results For sacral tumors, plain films could display the relatively obvious lesions and had pretty spatial resolution.CT could display lesions early,and clearly display its structure and its relationship with adjacent constitution.MRI could detect lesions betimes,reflect its constitution component and extent involved in bone and soft tissue by tumors.Conclusion Plain film,CT and MRI in diagnosis of sacral tumors are of advantage respectively,it should combine to make up for each other. |
