老龄肾阳虚证的差异表达基因谱研究的意义探讨

肾阳虚作为中医脏腑辨证的一个重要的基础证型,一直是中医界研究的重点,也取得了一定的成绩。在前期研究的基础上,运用宏观证候与微观基因表达谱的结合的方法,开展特定老龄人群生理性肾阳虚证的差异基因表达谱的差异特征研究,可以尽可能排除干扰,揭示老龄肾阳虚基因表达变化的规律,探讨亚健康状态(生理性肾阳虚证)与衰老的关系。从而可以使肾阳虚证的基因研究更加细致深入。

The Research Meaning of the Genic Spectrum of on Differential Expression of Senile Deficiency Kidney-Yang

As one focus of research of TCM,deficiency of kidney-Yang is a very important basic pattern in the Differentiation of Zangfu.On the basis on former research,we combine macroscopic pattern of TCM and microcosmic Genic Spectrum,carry out the research on the genic spectrum of the theory on differential expression of senile deficiency of kidney-Yang.This method can eliminate interference,reveal the rule of differential expression of senile deficiency of kidney-Yang,approach the relations between the sub-health(physiological Deficiency of kidney-Yang) and aging,then may promote the genic research on Pattern of deficiency of kidney-Yang.
