枸杞山茱萸水煎液增强小鼠耐缺氧抗疲劳能力的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究枸杞山茱萸水煎液对小鼠耐缺氧抗疲劳能力的影响。方法采用强迫游泳法测定小鼠的游泳和力竭游泳时间,常压耐缺氧法测定小鼠的存活时间,小鼠断头缺氧试验测定小鼠张口喘气停止时间和呼吸次数。结果枸杞山茱萸水煎液连续灌胃给药,能显著延长小鼠的游泳时问[高剂量组(51.18±19.7)min、低剂量组(29.45±11.69)min、NS组(15.24±3.85)min]、常压缺氧下的存活时间[高剂量组(21.04±7.63)s、低剂量组(18.34±6.33)s、NS组(15.87±1.64)s]和断头喘气时间[高剂量组(29.33+4.76)s、低剂量组(22.50±4.83)s、NS组(19.17±2.86)s]增加呼吸次数[高剂量组(13.88±2.53)次、低剂量组(15.17±1.47)次、NS组(10.17±2.79)次](P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论枸杞山茱萸水煎液能增强小鼠的抗疲劳和耐缺氧能力,提高动物机体的应激反应能力。

Abstract:Objective To study the anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia effect of the decoction of Lycium barba- rum and Comus officinalis in mice.Methods The effect of decoction on the survival time of mice under anoxia and the swimming-sustained time were observed,by the method of anti-hypoxia under normal pressure and com- pelled swimming respectively.Results The decoction of Lycium barbarum L and Comus officinalis could well prolong the swimming time,the survival time of hypoxia,the breath time and the respiration times of testing mice. Conclusion The decoction of Lycium barbarum and Comus officinalis could enhance the ability of stress re- sponse.
