上海市金山区某企业外来人员艾滋病防治知识态度及行为的调查

目的了解上海市金山区内企业外来人口艾滋病相关的基本信息,探索外来人口艾滋病、性病防治知识知晓率和行为特征,为进一步开展对外来人口艾滋病防治知识宣传教育和相关服务及行为干预提供依据。方法 2007年选择金山区某企业外来务工人员310人进行艾滋病相关知识调查,同时进行相关血清学指标的检测。结果外来务工人员属于文化层次较低（初中及以下占68.4%）的一个群体,缺乏对艾滋病相关知识的了解,艾滋病是种什么疾病的正确回答率只有9.4%,艾滋病主要传播途径及哪些行为会传播艾滋病的正确回答率分别为38.7%和31.0%。结论应加强对外来务工人员在艾滋病知识方面的健康教育,并提供相关服务和行为干预。

Survey on Knowledge, Attitudes and Behavior towards AIDS among Migrant Workers in A Enterprise of Jianshan District of Shanghai City

Objective]To understand the basic information about AIDS among migrant workers in enterprises of Jianshan District of Shanghai City,to investigate the awareness of AIDS and STD among migrant workers and their behavior characteristics,and provide evidence for further implementation of AIDS prevention education,related services and behavior intervention.Methods]Totally 310 migrant workers in a enterprise were selected for investigation of AIDS knowledge and detection of serum markers.Results]The cultural level of migrant workers was low（68.4% had education background of junior middle school at most）,they were lack of understanding of AIDS knowledge.Only 9.4% could correctly answer the definition of AIDS,38.7% and 31.0% could correctly answer the main route of AIDS transmission and the behavior induced AIDS transmission respectively.Conclusion]It is necessary to strengthen the health education about AIDS knowledge on migrant workers,and provide related services and behavior intervention.
