| 摘 要： | 目的评估经颅超声治疗联合静脉应用尿激酶对急性缺血性卒中的疗效。方法单中心、前瞻性、随机对照临床研究。发病6h内的急性大脑中动脉缺血性卒中静脉应用尿激酶溶栓,随机分为800 kHz经颅超声治疗组和对照组,观察24 h内的早期症状改善和3个月时预后。结果与对照组相比,治疗组患者在24 h时症状明显改善(P0.05);3个月后,治疗组预后好(P0.05)。结论低频脉冲超声治疗联合静脉应用尿激酶明显改善了急性缺血性卒中的预后,且不增加颅内出血风险。
