围生儿先天性心脏病的发生情况分析

目的：探讨围生儿先天性心脏病的发病情况与发病相关因素。方法：收集绍兴市5家出生缺陷监测医院在2005—2008年监测到的390例围生儿先天性心脏病资料进行分析。结果：围生儿先天性心脏病发生率为86．72／万，位于所有出生缺陷的首位，其类型前3位是房间隔缺损、动脉导管未闭、室间隔缺损。产妇年龄≥35岁组比〈35岁组围生儿先天性心脏病发生率高（P〈0．05）。结论：产前超声检查胎儿心脏是对先天性心脏病预防的最好补充，建议对≥35岁的孕妇把胎儿心脏超声作为常规检查内容。
