脑出血应激性高血糖患者血浆内皮素—1变化规律的临床研究

目的 通过对脑出血应激状态下血浆内皮素-1（ET-1）变化规律的研究，为脑出血的治疗提供新方法。方法 对30例脑出血应激性高血糖患者血浆ET-1水平在发病24h、48h、72h及第7d、14d的含量进行测定并与脑出血非高血糖组及正常人组比较。结果 应激性高血糖组血浆ET-1水平明显升高，急性期1-3d维持在较高水平，以后随时间呈下降趋势；ET-1与血糖、血压呈直线正相关；ET-1水平越高，则预后越差。结论 脑出血患者血浆ET-1水平升高与应激反应有关，且对预后产生不利影响。

Clinical study on plasma Endothelin-1 of cerebral hemorrhage patients with stress hyperglycemia

Objective To study on the change of plasma en Dothelin-1(ET-1) in cerebral hemorrhage patients with stress hyperglycemia and provide a new treatment for cerebral hemo rrhage. Methods The content of plasma ET-1 were detected in 30cerebral hemorrhage patients with str ess hyperglycemia after 24h, 48h, 72h,7d and 14d, and were compared with in normoglycemia and healthy people. Results The content of plasma ET-1 increased significantly in cerebral hemorrhage patients with stress hyperglycemia, and maintained the high level in three days; then decreased along with time going; t he content of ET-1 was positively relative to blood glucose and blood pressure; the higher the content of ET-1, the worse the curative effect. Conclusion There is a relationship between the high level of plasma ET-1 and stress, and ET-1 makes curative effect worse.
