摘    要:目的探讨肾性高血压大鼠模型(RHR)血浆内皮素(ET),一氧化氮(NO)含量变化与高血压的关系以及老年降压冲剂的作用.方法建立RHR模型,随机分为5组,观察ET、NO含量变化.结果RHR血浆ET浓度显著升高(P<0.01),而NO浓度显著下降(P<0.01);血浆ET和NO有显著负相关(r=-0.984,P<0.001);老年降压冲剂能升高血浆NO浓度,降低ET浓度.结论RHR高血压形成可能ET、NO起重要作用,ET-NO平衡调节可能是老年降压冲剂降压机能之一.

Abstract:Objective:To study the change of endothelin (ET) and Nitric oxide(NO) in hypertension rats nd treatment with LNJYCHJ.Methods:The rat models of renovascular hypertension(RHR) were established in study in order to in vestigate parameter in hypertension group compared to naive control group.Results:Plasma ET in RHR had significantly increased (P<0.01),but NO in RHR had significantly decreased (P<0.01).Plasma ET and NO in RHR had a significantly negative correlation (r=-0.984,P<0.001).LNJYCHJ decreased the plasma ET concentration,while it increased the plasma NO Concentration.Conclusions:ET and NO might participate in mechanism of hypertension in RHR model.The regulation of ET-NO balance might be one of the mechanisms of anti-hypatension of LNJYCHJ.
