压力－流率测定在诊断膀胱出口梗阻中的意义

对４２例前列腺病症候群患者进行压力－流率测定，３５例被诊断为膀胱出口梗阻，７例排尿异常症状为逼尿肌功能异常所致。与单纯尿流率测定结果比较，压力－流率测定可以降低假阳性及假阴性率，为诊断膀胱出口梗阻的最佳方法，具有重要的临床意义。

Pressure-flow study in bladder outflow obstruction due to prostatism

Pressure-flow(P-F)study was carried out in 42 prostatism patients to investigate whether there was bladder outflow obstruction (BOO),impaired detrusor contractility or detrusor instability. The degree of BOO and impaired detrusor function were assessed by the method of Griffith's diagram. BOO was noted in 35 and no obstruction in 7.32 patients showed strong detrusor function and 6 poor detrusor function. Of the 35 BOO patients,30 showed "high pressure-low flow",2 "high pressure-high flow" and 3 "low pressure-low flow".The results of P-F study were compared with uroflowmetry.There were 2 false positive and 5 false negative results in uroflowmetry all caused by impaired detrusor contractility and detrusor instability. P-F study has been the more reliable procedure providing maximum diagnostic accuracy for BOO and should be undertaken in all patients when the Qmax is less than 10ml/s if surgical intervention is to be considered.
