p53,pgp检测对进展期大肠肿瘤患者化疗及预后的影响

目的:了解p53,pgp相关性及其对进展期大肠肿瘤患者化疗及预后的影响.方法:38例进展期大肠肿瘤患者标本,通过免疫组化技术检测p53,pgp表达情况,所有患者均经密切随访.结果:38例患者中,p53表达阳性23例,阴性15例,pgp 表达阳性23例,阴性15例,pgp表达阳性18例,阴性20例,二者均阳性者10例,将患者分为化疗组及对照组后发现,化 组p53,pgp阳性率明显高于对照组,且二者均阳性者,局部复发率或转移率可达73.33%(11/15),明显高于二者均阴性者(16.7%,2/12);结论:p53,pgp有一定相关性,二者均阳性表达者临床预后差,且pgp的表达与临床化疗亦有一定关系.

Relationships among expression of p53 and pgp,chemotherapy and prognosis in advanced colorectal cancer patients

Objective To evaluate the relationships among expression of p53 and pgp, chemotherapy and prognosis in advanced colorectal cancer patients.Methods 38 cases of advanced colorectal cancer patients underwent surgical operation. Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expression of p53 and pgp. All cases were under careful follow up.Results 23 of 38 cases were p53 positive, whereas, 18 of 38 cases were pgp positive, 10 cases showed both positive. When patients were divided into 2 groups according to preoperative chemotherapy or not (chemotherapy group vs control group), the positive rates of p53 and pgp were higher in chemotherapy group than those in control group. The local recurrence or distal metastasis was higher in both p53, pgp positive group than that in both negative group.Conclusion p53 is somewhat related to pgp. Patients who show both positive (p53 and pgp) may have poor prognosis and pgp expression may be related to chemotherapy.
