癌症患者情绪状况与社会支持关系的调查分析

目的:了解癌症住院患者的情绪状况及其与社会支持的相关性,以采取有效护理对策。方法:对100例癌症住院患者采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表和社会支持评定量表进行调查和相关分析。结果:本组患者焦虑、抑郁发生率分别为62%,56%,焦虑、抑郁的发生与社会支持程度呈显著的负相关。结论:医护人员应对癌症患者的焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪引起重视,帮助其积极有效地寻求和利用社会支持,促进患者身心康复。

The investigation of correlation between emotion and social support in cancer patients

Objective ：To explore the relationship between the emotion and social support of cancer patients and work out a rational nursing countermeasure. Methods ：Self- rating Anxiety Scales （SAS）, Self- rating Depression Scales （SDS）, and Social support Rating Scales （SSRS） were administered to one hundred cancer patients. Results ： The incidences of anxiety and depression of patients were 62% and 56%, respectively. Social support was negatively correlated with anxiety and depression status. Conclusion：Doctors and nurses should pay attention to negative emotion , such as the anxiety and depression, of the patients with cancer. They also need to help the patients healing in mind and body by seeking and use the social support effectively.
