| 摘 要： | 类风湿性关节炎(RA)是一种常见的自身免疫性疾病,其发病过程与多种细胞因子有关,其中有对RA起推动促进作用的细胞因子、对RA起阻碍抑制作用的细胞因子、对RA起双向性作用的细胞因子,研究细胞因子在RA中的作用不仅对治疗RA有很重要的意义,而且为今后药品开发奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Rheumatiod arthritis(RA) is a frequent self-immune disease,the pathogenesis of RA are related to many cytokines,in which there are some cytokines playing an protective role in the development of RA,some cytokines playing an inhibit role in the development of RA,and some cytokines playing a dual role in the development of RA.To study the roles of cytokines in the RA is very impotent not only for the treatment RA,but also for the research of new medicines. |
